Marciel introduces the ten farmers to the viewers. She explains the entire process and viewers are invited to write letters to their favourite farmer.

This reality series follows ten bachelor farmers' quest for love. Marciel gets to know them and their farms a little better, and asks them what they are looking for in a perfect partner.

Marciel was able to take the letters to the farmers this year. As usual, the ladies went all out! The farmers received parcels, presents, photos and a couple of surprises.

Having been chosen on the strength of their love letters, 50 partners come to Cape Town for a short introduction to the farmer of their choice.

Once the speed dates are completed, the farmer must choose five ladies for a group date, and then, three ladies for the farm visit.

In the build-up to the arrival of the 3 visitors, Marciel visits each farm. She speaks to each farmer about his preparations in anticipation of their visit. Where will they stay?

Each farmer gets to know the three visitors a little better. He introduces them to life on the farm and introduces them to his daily routine.

After a day or so on the farm, one of the three ladies have to go home. The farmer must decide which of his guests has to pack their bags. Easier said than done!

Two ladies remain on the farm. Now that the tension of the first elimination is behind them, the farmer and the two visitors can enjoy one another's company.

Today is the final day on the farm. This is the last chance to win the farmer's heart. Some of the farmers are struggling to express their emotions.

Time for each farmer to decide, Marciel will find out whether love are devolving on some of the farms, or if there is no chance for a romantic connection.

It is time for the farmers to meet their chosen partner's family and friends. She is home and confident in her environment and the farmers find themselves in unfamiliar territory.

The farmers and their potential partners go to a romantic destination for a holiday. The question is: Are all the couples still together or have some of them already parted ways?

All ten farmers who started the series, some of them with their partners, meet up for one last time. Who is still single and who is still together?
