The Ukrainian mob continues to seek revenge. Dexter engages in a game of cat and mouse with a deadly killer in an attempt to help Debra.

New leads on the Wayne Randall case are brought to light by his alluring former accomplice, Hannah McKay. Meanwhile Dexter attempts to out-manoeuvre Issak, who's out to get him.

Debra gets to know crime writer Sal Price, who digs up possible dirt on Hannah. Meanwhile, Dexter becomes more intrigued by Hannah and Quinn gets an offer that's hard to refuse.
