Elma surprises the family with a strange Easter dinner, and conflict bubbles over around the Van Wyks' table. Markus struggles to hide his double life, and Leandri's heart is broken.

Amé wants reasons not to divorce. Ruan packs up Lani's things. Elma lets go of the past to be able to afford a plane ticket for her future. Markus' secret is revealed.

Sophia plans a party for Lani. Salie scares Elma about going to Peru. Amé steps in to help with Ruan and the children. Ruan reaches breaking point when Sophia's fantasy world goes too far.

Ruan over steps the line when he blames a patients husband for his wife death. Sebastian hosts a farewell for Elma as she sets off to Peru. Joshua attempts to sweep Amé off her feet with vow renewals.

One year later and the Van Wyks look very different. It's Christmas and New Years. Ruan and the children take on Lani's walking route. Amé is at a crossroads. Elma and Sebastian announce something big.
