Thanks to Byl and his team Vermeer failed, restoring the unit to its former glory. But that doesn't mean fewer challenges. Someone is targeting prostitutes while bodies wash up on the beach.

A hunting expedition takes a dark turn, causing a friend of Nicki to question his decisions. Juan develops an algorhythm to try and predict what serial killer the Copycat will imitate next.

Byl finds his own DNA on a Copycat murder scene. William's relationship with his neighbour deteriorates further. Jo is placed in a difficult situation and must face her demons.

Human remains found near a butchery puts Byl on the trail of an artist. The unit makes a breakthrough regarding the Copycat Killer's clues. Jo and William share an intimate moment.

Victor takes the final steps to complete his perfect artwork. Mia receives a message for Byl from a vagrant. The contents make him realize that the Copycat Killer is closer than they think.

Stopping the Copycat Killer becomes a race against time. Juan's hunch that the killer might be someone on their team erupts in an office brawl, while Byl unwittingly walks into a trap.

Byl must rely on his team to save him, but they have to solve clues and find the newest Copycat victim before it's too late. The killer's final package has deadly consequences.
