In this episode, meet 59-year-old Bra Themba, who needs help with two of his brothers. He is complaining that his brothers are messy, and he wants them to start acting right, or he will get rid of them.

Sisanda and Simangele need help with their landlord. They want to confront her and ask her to stop locking them out of the yard at night and asking them for alcohol.

Kagiso Matlala needs help evacuating one of her tenants due to her not paying rent for over six months.

Letti needs help with her tenant, Alena, as she disrespects her by bringing different women into her yard. Alena and her friends smoke, drink alcohol and play loud music.
