Lose It Or Lose Me, Episode 9

We meet three loved ones who issue an ultimatum to their obese partners. Black Cat, Disebo and Mkhumbuzi are here to tell Tsekeleke, Maletsatsi and Nonhlanhla to shed the weight of their relationships.

Disebo, Black Cat, and Mkhumbuzi face their loved ones to find out what decision they have made. We then meet Dudu, the accountability coach, who takes the three for a blood test to kickstart their weight loss journey.

Tsekeleke, Maletsatsi, and Nonhlanhla head back with Dudu for their blood test results. Dudu gives them a surprise four-day challenge and mentions that they will be going into a time out after the four-day challenge.

Tsekeleke, Maletsatsi, and Nonhlanhla finally arrive at their retreat venue. Some old habits are challenging to break, but Sis Dudu has a team of experts to help them.

It's day two of the retreat, and the team is given a new challenge. Disebo tries to understand the dynamic of Mkhumbuzi and Nonhlanhla's relationship.

Mkhumbuzi is blindsided by Nonhlanhla's revelations. Maletsatsi opens up about her past trauma. The cast awaits another gruelling fitness session. Nonhlanhla's parents pay her a visit.

Dudu catches up with Tsekeleke, Maletsatsi, and Nonhlanhla to see how they cope in the real world after the retreat. Maletsatsi and Nonhlanhla join forces to reach their goal.

Black Cat and Tsekeleke are thrown into the lion's den, and they have to resist temptation. Maletsatsi tries to reach out to her mom for answers but hits a brick wall.

Dudu goes to see the cast for a weigh-in session. Black cat drops a bomb on the Tholo family. Master, our fitness instructor, meets each cast member for a private fitness session.

Maletsatsi seeks answers from her late grandmother whilst battling challenges with her son. Nhlanhla wants Mkhumbuzi to fulfil his promise, and Dudu summons everyone for a halfway meeting.

Maletsatsi faces the source of her pain and anger. Black Cat has a request for her two boyfriends. Nhlanhla and Maletsatsi embark on a new, unexpected journey.

Tsekeleke goes missing, and Black Cat faces the aftermath of a protection order; the team decides to intervene. A social media post leads Nhlanhla to pack her bags and leave her marital home.

The candidates return to unveil their transformations and step back onto the scale. Emotions run high as families and partners confront unresolved tensions and celebrate milestones.
