After making fun of MaShandu when she asks for an apology, Hlabangani asks the Jilis to have the lobola ceremony at Philisiwe's house.

Msizi confronts Thobani and tries to convince him that he's not Nomvelo's type. MaNxumalo is confused by MaShandu's sudden happy mood. Msizi takes his eye off the ball.

Philisiwe's comments have MaShandu questioning her appearance. Desperate to help her son heal, MaNxumalo sets Msizi up with a very forward girl.

Phungula gives confused Msizi advice on women. MaShandu realises Philisiwe's phone call has not knocked sense into Hlabangani's head.

Msizi finds himself extremely uncomfortable when an unexpected guest shows up at his door. Nomvelo finally gives Msizi her blessing to date Yamkela.

When he can't find a place to sleep, Hlabangani remembers he has a son. Phungula gives Msizi his blessing to date Yamkela but with a warning.

MaNxumalo gives Philisiwe an unwelcome reality check. Hlabangani is surprised when he returns to the chief's place.

The Phungulas are stunned when they receive an unexpected visitor. Philisiwe realises MaNxumalo was telling the truth about Hlabangani.

Hlabangani makes a request that offends Phungula. Gogo finally sees Hlabangani for the loser he is. MaNxumalo resorts to tricks to get Phungula to let Phuthaliyenzeka stay.

A desperate Hlabangani asks Nomvelo for a favour that makes her uncomfortable. MaShandu shows Nomvelo what kind of man her father is.

The Utatakho team finds itself facing an axe. MaNxumalo has to be crafty to get Phungula to agree to the paternity test. Gogo is forced to cut the apron strings.

Phuthaliyenzeka asks Nomvelo to stay away from Msizi. Hlabangani tries to make amends before the ceremony. Nimrod suggests Msizi and Phungula be there when the results are read.

When the results are read out, everyone is shocked. Nomvelo changes her mind about Thobani. MaShandu finally forgives Hlabangani.
