Get Millie Black, Janet

After decades in the U.K., ex-Scotland Yard detective Millie Black returns home to Jamaica and joins the local police force. Millie and her partner Curtis are assigned a case that points to a prominent Kingston family.

With Curtis in the hospital and Hibiscus recovering from the attack on the Gully, Millie throws herself into her work. Initially suspicious of U.K. Detective Luke Holborn, Millie is compelled to team up with him.

Millie reluctantly agrees to work with Holborn in the short term. Meanwhile, Hibiscus and Millie find a new balance in their relationship, and Curtis contemplates a change. Millie and Holborn make a breakthrough.

Millie goes rogue to investigate the Somervilles' criminal enterprise before Holborn can interfere. When Janet makes an unexpected decision, Millie must take extreme measures to protect her loved ones and find Romeo.

In Kingston, Curtis deals with the fallout from Millie's conduct. Millie, undercover in London, lacks resources but must locate and rescue Romeo before "Lindo" intervenes.
