Akua is haunted by regret over past deeds that makes her still childless, until her buried past resurfaces unexpectedly in her marital home, threatening her peace and future.

A good Samaritan intervenes as Akua recalls her childlessness and the ordeals she endured with Kumi, hardening her resolve and pushing her to take sweet revenge.

Akua is consumed by regret after aborting her pregnancy for Kumi and discovering he's with another woman, while elsewhere Ama Dapaah, crushed by hardship, vows to end her life.

Akua finally seizes the moment to exact revenge on Kumi. Meanwhile, a desperate Ama Dapaah seeks help from Mr. Amponsah, who steps in just in time to become her saviour.

Kumi's worst nightmare turns real as he searches for a way back to Canada and he is arrested for drug trafficking on his way to the airport, shattering his escape plan.

Akua pretends to console her sister-in-law after Kumi's arrest, as his family visits him behind bars, where he maintains his innocence and pleads against the accusations.

In his cell, Kumi debates confessing the truth to his wife as Amponsah weighs the fallout. Leaving on business, Amponsah puts Akua in charge of handling Kumi’s court matters.

In Abigail’s absence, Akua shares her painful experiences as Kumi and his wife plead for time to raise bail, an appeal Akua finds difficult to accept despite their desperation.

Akua and Abigail try to soothe the crying baby they took, while Ama Dapaah, having regained consciousness, tearfully recounts to the doctor the painful story of her missing son.

Ama Dapaah returns home in tears, telling her friends about her missing son after the accident. Akua persuades her husband to accept and embrace the birth of their son.

After escaping Ama Dapaah, Akua vows to punish her if she keeps bringing disgrace, while ignoring Abigail’s advice to end her feud with Kumi, fearing it might expose her secrets.

Ama Dapaah calls her helper, Mr. Amponsah, but after the call she is puzzled and concerned, wondering why he is not responding or speaking back to her as expected.

Ama and Abbam talk about Ama Dapaah’s whereabouts, hoping to find her soon, while at Akua’s house, Akua tries to prevent Mr. Amponsah from seeing an anonymous message about her.

Black Snake promises to help Ama Dapaah and Abbam in times of trouble. Akua plots to eliminate Ama Dapaah, and Abigail’s disagreement leaves Akua feeling betrayed by her friend.
