Ubuntu is under attack by the Katumbas as Chawezi and Thandiwena face possible execution.Langiwe has an unfortunate incident  while in labour.Kasongo has unfinished business with the royal family after discovering he is of royal.

Nsanga the witch escapes out of prison and Solochi blames Kasuba for it. This opens up old wounds in their relationship.

Chila gets to find out that Kasuba and solochi are on separation.  Solochi’s plea for respect from Kasuba results in a provocative fight between the two.

Mabvuto’s pimping business leads him into trouble with the katumba warriors. Solochi has a terrible dream which makes him suspect Kasuba’s credibility and doubt her trust.

Katumba narrowly escapes death from Namukango’s spear, he then orders for her death. Chila finally has her spell broken as she turns into Thandiwena in full view of Namukango.

Katumba agrees to release a few Ubuntu slaves save for Chawezi. Namukango and Thandiwena bond even more when they find out they both have much in common

The Ubuntu slaves are freed. Sabina’s marriage ritual to Cheelo goes haywire as it invokes Tachimba and sends Cheelo sleeping.

Chawezi has a taste of her own medicine as Nsanga and Irene take her through a beating of a lifetime. Tachimnba wishes to fight Katumba.

Langiwe gives Zelipa and Banji her piece of mind when they call her lazy and spoiled. Pimpa overhears that Thandiwena is alive and living in the palace with them all.

King Katumba has an encounter with the dark shadows. Tachimba abandons Sabina. Tiku’s riddle has the elders imply that Thandiwena’s blood is the solution to the king’s throne problems.

Kasuba has a jealousy confrontation with Tiku. Pimpa convinces Mabvuto that they should deliver Thandiwena to Katumba once she is found.

Pimpa and Mabvuto’s plan to discredit Solochi and Kasuba backfires.Tachimba recognizes his first lover and suspects that Katebe may be his son.

Katebe questions his mother about who Tachimba is in her life. Mwaku and Langiwe’s relationship keeps falling apart.

Young Chawezi rejects being the Chisaango to the displeasure of her mother. The mountain witch asks for a blood sacrifice from Chawezi’s mother for Chawezi to be crowned queen.

Chawezi’s mother is willing to sacrifice young Langiwe to have Chawezi sit as queen. Young Mama Tutu helps Chawezi sell Theresa to the mountain witch.

Pimpa and Mabvuto track Tiku and she unknowingly leads them to Thandiwena’s hideout. Katebe is told that Tachimba is his father and takes it with skepticism

Cheelo takes over Tachimba and causes a scene at the Nsomba village. Thandiwena gets physical to survive but her chances of survival are slim.

Cheelo resurrects Chidzule. Chawezi makes Katumba and his council believe that the mountain witch solely is the one to blame for Theresa’s death.

Pimpa is gifted Chawezi as her maid. Thandiwena confronts her mother over her not parentage and that Mukango is not her father.

Mwaku has lost the black eggs given to him by the oracle for his mission’s success. Thandiwena faces execution again and it’s private.

The mountain witch is hunted down by Kasuba, Chawezi and Katumba warriors. Cheelo manages to rescue some witches under Katumba’s nose.

Mwaku goes on a quest of trials as he searches for a place the oracle has assigned him to find called the land of femininity.

Tiku and Solochi find love as Tiku loses her powers when she sleeps with him.

Sabina breaks down when she realizes her grandmother is dead. Chishango returns to Ubuntu and his first encounter is with the Katumba warriors

Chidzule is sucked into a bucket and ends up in Cheelo’s danger zone. Katumba receives the bones of Theresa but he is furious that Chawezi escaped them.

Namukango promises to get help for Thandiwena as she embarks on her journey to bury the bones of Theresa.

Langiwe prepares a herb to smoke for Chawezi that gets her into Katumba’s head. Katumba goes after Chawezi but fails to kill her.

Mwaku undergoes a protective ritual by the female warriors. Chishango sneaks into the palace to see Thandiwena.

Langiwe realizes that Inonge, her daughter is the now chosen chisaango by the gods. Chawezi proposes that she and Solochi help each other to take down Katumba.

Chawezi convinces Katumba to have Thandiwena sit on the throne and later abdicate it to him. Mwaku and the females warriors have a wild battle with the katumba warriors.

Namukango lets Katumba escape with his life. Tachimba returns to his new found family and they want nothing to with him.

Thandiwena offers Tachimba three villages of Ubuntu to rule as a senior elder but he abdicates the position for his son, Katebe.
