Depressed about their dead-end jobs, the crew fantasises about a life on the casino floor. When Jak has a nasty run-in with the boss, the rest of the crew takes advantage of the situation.

Chris and Jak try to get to the bottom of the community's deadbeat dad issue. Sam's side girl wants help raising their baby, and Sam makes it everybody's problem.

Langston loses his cool at a BBQ and ruins things for everyone, while Jak and Chris make things much worse.

Chris brags about his sexual encounters with houseless women, forcing the crew to debate solutions to poverty.

Chris, Langston and Jak revisit their favorite parts of the church service and discover that things are not what they used to be. Sam and Nina try to get Nina's mom out of their house.

Chauncey announces pay cuts for employees on the floor and Chris uses it as an excuse to become a social justice star.
