Maida, Episode 1

Nilza tells Eduardo that they can't be more than friends. Samuel discovers that Nelito has returned to the village. Lucas, Maida and Hortênsio talk about the wedding.

The Witch predicts difficult days ahead. Eunice tells Daisy that she found a will and pictures of Celso with Mira. Daisy reveals at the press conference that Celso is a traitor.

Eunice tells Daisy that they are partners. Lígia says goodbye to the Sitoe house and Elias assures Maida that Eunice is a new woman. Maida and Daisy clash.

Ivandro is close to discovering that Daisy's pregnancy is false and wants to accompany her to a prenatal appointment. She needs to find an alternative.

Mauro is pursued by the police. Daisy plots against Maida. Mauro searches for clues about Lucas. The press blames Maida for Lucas's death.

Mauro asks for shelter at Lucas' house. Maida tells Nilza that she is with Mauro. Daisy discovers that Nilza has news about Mauro and suggests that Ivandro visit her to confirm the information.

Maida hides Mauro from Hortênsio. Ivandro visits Maida to find out about Mauro and reports it to the police. Mauro blames himself for Nilza's health.

The police search for Mauro at Lucas' house. Daisy celebrates Mauro's possible arrest, but Ivandro is reluctant. Nilza tells Jéssica that Mauro was shot.

Ivandro and Daisy are outraged by Mauro's escape. Vanda overhears Nilza's conversation and tells Daisy that Mauro is at Eduardo's house.

Hortênsio finds Mauro at Lucas' house. Jaqueline demands that Eduardo reveal Mauro's hiding place. Mauro tries to kiss Maida, but she avoids him.

While the police chief lectures his colleague, Mauro runs away without anyone noticing. A driver helps Mauro and takes him to Lucas' house.

The police help Nilza change the tire, she receives a call from Eduardo, Mauro is stable.

The police can't find Mauro. Ivandro and Daisy celebrate Mauro's arrest in advance. Elias and Eunice tell Jéssica what happened to Nilza.

The police inform Ivandro that they did not find Mauro at Lucas' house.

Maida suggests that Mauro returns to Lucas' house. Jaqueline asks Eduardo to tell her Mauro's whereabouts. Hortênsio discovers Mauro in his house and tries to report him to the police, but Maida stops him.

Jessica sees a photo of Samuel with a woman on Instagram. Joyce and Maida go to the river to look for Lucas. Maida receives a visit from Lucas' lawyer.

Maida becomes Lucas's sole heir. Daisy's childhood friend returns to the village. Maida receives news of Lucas.

Maida tells Mauro that Lucas is alive. Valter is enchanted by Brenda. Daisy falls down the stairs.

Daisy refuses to be treated by Eduardo. Ivandro wants revenge on Nilza. Brenda breaks into the Ngovenes' house. Maida and Joyce find Lucas' body.

Mauro is distraught with the news of Lucas' death. Maide gives a statement at the police station. Ivandro delivers the baby's layette to Nilza. Jaqueline hears the news of Lucas' death.

Eunice congratulates Daisy on her performance. André tells Maida about Lucas's wishes. Maida dreams that Lucas will return for revenge.

Eunice and Vanda lament Maida's fate. The witch finds Brenda at the Ngovenes' house with Valter. The burial marks the beginning of Yara/Peter's revenge.

Yara and Peter/Lucas are at Lucas' funeral. Hortênsio reads the message from Lucas' family, friends and co-workers. Mauro is taken to the police station.

Jaqueline files for bail. Valter receives a phone call from Vanda. Lucas and Yara celebrate the beginning of their revenge. Eduardo gives Nilza new pills.

Joyce and Maida are closer to uncovering Lucas' secret. Nilza begs Jaqueline to get Mauro out of prison. Valter tricks Brenda so he can welcome Vanda into Hortênsio's house.

André threatens Maida. Brenda and the witch talk about Daisy's ex-husband. Joyce is suspicious of André's demands. Vanda forces Valter to work.

Nilza is afraid of being arrested for trying to corrupt the police. The hotel employee tells Yara about Maida and Joyce's visit.

Jaqueline gets Mauro out of jail. Brenda gets suspicious about the house's arrangement. Yara wants to take Lucas to live in her house. Elias asks Joyce out.

Nilza goes on a healing trip. Mauro promises to take care of Jéssica. Brenda has another one of her suspicious outings. Lucas and Yara argue, the reason: Maida.

Mauro invites Maida out. Hortênsio catches Valter and Brenda at his house. Joyce and Xiluva have a debate about hair.

Nelito tells Eunice about Elias and Joyce's meeting. Brenda seduces Hortênsio. Daisy wants to reveal to Ivandro that Mauro is Eduardo's son.

Brenda wakes up handcuffed to Hortênsio's bed. Isaura takes Nilza's place in the Sitoe house. Eunice confronts Elias about his meeting with Joyce.

Lucas asks André to spy on Mauro's life. Jaqueline and Eduardo argue over the child they almost had together. Ivandro is willing to adopt Nelito.

Eunice discovers that Joyce is an ex-convict. Jessica wants to find Maida. Isaura throws all her schemes in Daisy's face.

Yara proposes to buy the Ngovenes' house. Maida threatens to take Daisy away from Sitoe. Elias meets Joyce's daughter.

Mauro decides to help manage the companies. Valter and Brenda make plans to sell the Ngovenes house. Ivandro tries to convince Isaura to put him in Maida's place at Sitoe.

Yara throws a "bait" to catch Maida and Joyce. Maida is worried about Hortênsio's health. Ivandro throws Daisy against the wall. Nelito knows that Ivandro wants to adopt him.

Yara threatens to report Joyce for stalking. Isaura asks Eunice and Vanda to take inventory of the house. Hortênsio notices some inconsistencies in Ginga d'Ela's accounts. Hortênsio collapses.

Elias discovers that Eunice knows about Joyce. Valter sends Vanda away on the phone. Hortensio is tested for prostate cancer. Maida works on the accounting books of both companies.

Mauro tells Maida that her Ginga is going bankrupt. Eunice visits Joyce at the salon. Mauro talks to Jéssica so she can go to therapy.

Daisy tells Nelito that his father is a very bad man. Valter proposes to Hortênsio that they sell the house. Elias gives Eunice an ultimatum. Valter announces to Yara that they can sell the house.

Brenda receives a visit from one of Justo's father's henchmen. Lucas reveals to André the plan to embezzle money from Ginga d'Ela. Maida asks Mauro for help. Jaqueline prepares Mauro's defense.

Eduardo and Jaqueline seem to have a plan that involves all the Sitoes. Preparations for Isaura's tea party continue and Eunice has a new ally.

Isaura welcomes two very different friends for tea at the Sitoe mansion. Vanda and, especially, Eunice are under pressure to make sure everything goes well, despite the challenge.

Tea with Isaura's friends continues to be a buzz in the house. But the news of Ginga d'Ela's bankruptcy catches many off guard.

Hortênsio finally agrees to sell the house after receiving bad news. Valter wastes no time and Yara is more than interested in moving forward with the deal.

Brenda is forced to take drastic action, fearing that she will encounter Tó and other ghosts from the past.

Brenda's plan is going well and Valter has no idea what awaits him. Ivandro and Mauro investigate the embezzlement of Ginga d'Ela together, in a fraternity that surprises everyone.

Brenda gets what she wanted most and travels to her next destination: Dubai. Alone and without money, Valter finds himself the victim of a scam for the first time.
