Pulse, Episode 6

The pulsating premiere of this Showmax Original with their game complete, a group of designers prepare to leave their office when an electromagnetic pulse bomb fries everything, including the circuits in their minds.

Around them, the building takes on a life of its own - and it's not friendly. They come face to face with people they thought were friends, but all bets are off while survival is on the line.

Eddie and Denny engineer another classic game-play staple: A race-against time for a life hanging in the balance. Jaz determines they will pass that test, win that race, save that life. An unlikely source thinks otherwise.

Eddie snatches the most vulnerable player from their grasp. All but Jaz thinks he's dead - but it's worse than that. She alone finds the answer to the origins of the Pulse. She just has to die to save them all.

Jaz uses her evolving perception to locate the missing player. They descend to the lowest levels of the building, only to find their deadliest threat yet. Eddie reveals something key about himself.

A chilling season finale. Jaz slips into her own sense of hell, and Eddie seizes the opportunity to finish his tutorial. It may be complete, but the nightmare is far from over.
