Uncle Limbani, Episode 1

Limbani returns from a few days of binging with Tinashe to total confusion as he finds people preparing for his burial. They believe that he died in a bus accident.

Life after the funeral, Limbani reports for work and tries to explain his way out of a bad situation. Lute wants Limbani to get rid of Gertrude saying she's too old for him.

Kinara meets and hits it off with an old time school friend, Sly Jay. Gertrude pushes Limbani to the corner and demands that he kicks out Lute.

Vainesi advises Gertrude to push Limbani to formalize their relationship. Limbani realises the folly in his deal with Luhana and decides to pull out.

Kinara becomes more hardnosed about her new relationship with Sly Jay. Tobias owns up and pleads for mercy from the Head Teacher.

Jonathan declares war against Sly Jay! Meanwhile Gertrude maintains pressure on Limbani to formalize their marriage.

Limbani worries about Gertrude's allegiance and is finally forced to start seriously looking for lobola. Tinashe tells off Limbani, saying she doesn't date garden boys.

Limbani is unhappy with the exorbitant charge for the marriage (Lobola) and demands for a discount or he calls off everything.

Limbani is so pre-occupied with finding money for Lobola. He dreams of only one thing - MONEY!

Tobias' plan to swap with another teacher fails terribly. Limbani and Gertrude fight over forming of wedding committees.

Limbani and Eneya's dream to make big money off a 'Land SaleDeal' gets them into serious trouble with the police. Kyabazungu embarks on a quest to counsel stubborn Kinara.

Tobias sees Gertrude as his only means for survival and threatens to expose her secrets to Limbani if she refuses to help him.

Through a painful down memory lane, Gertrude reveals the true relationship between her and Tobias

Gertrude's mother gets into a fight with the hired Go-betweens over the Lobola. Limbani decides to chair all wedding committees.

Limbani and Eneya get in trouble after cutting corners in a Garbage Disposal Deal gone wrong. Muruchi's pregnancy takes its toll on her as Kinara takes her waywardness to another level.

Limbani refuses to be put on the Pension Scheme and tries to convince Beatrice to do the same. Meanwhile Vainesi gets a taste of Limbani's venom for being too excited about the wedding.

Limbani invests in a Village Banking scheme but the new committee meeting flops and he ends up losing his investment - Money he had saved for the wedding!

Limbani's wedding plans progress well while Tinashe continues creating problems in the Chandavengerwa's home.

Limbani gets conned after investing part of the Lobola money in a deal that goes wrong. Meanwhile Tobias finds out Limbani lied to him about Beatrice's love.

Limbani continues to find losses in his money and other dealings but remains optimistic about his wedding plans.

Ebenezer, Gertrude's 'husband' declares that there will be no wedding and threatens to take Gertrude and Limbani to court.

Wongolani advises Limbani to postpone the wedding so that the matter of Ebenezer can be put to bed once and for all.

Limbani's sister Lute won't attend the wedding citing circumstances beyond her control but Limbani knows better - She just hates Gertrude!

Limbani's world is suddenly coming apart due to money challenges and pressure from creditors while Jonathan's efforts to amicably settle Kinara's problem seamlessly collapse.

Jonathan sends Limbani and Beatrice on indefinite leave, Kinara into a boarding house and Tinashe back to Zimbabwe.
