Landlady Meets Landlord, Episode 13

Confusion reigns when Thoko and Daliso collide at Lizzy's house both claiming ownership. Mwila's arrest does not stop Tembo from proposing a baby come back to Thoko.

Tembo has put himself as the new legitimate Landlord to Lizzy's dismay. Fridah does not like Phiri's friendship with the woman who brings him beer at home.

Tembo has arranged a marriage for his son Mwila but it backfires. A new clueless boss has been installed in place of Mwila, Mari and Cynthia are not happy.

On his return from police custody, Mwila finds a strange girl in his room. Lizzy likes Tembo's choice for Mwila. Fridah gossips about the new tenants with Agnes.

Zelipa congratulates Tembo for Lizzy's pregnancy but Tembo has no idea who impregnated her. Malingose the village girl starts a fire on the stove to cook.

Mwila wakes up and finds Malingose in his room. Virgo tells his uncle Phiri to prepare for his marriage preparations but Phiri is not interested.

The Police visit Lizzy to get statements concerning the house wrangles. Detective Malume gets interested when he hears about Lizzy's pregnancy.

Mbao asks his sister Thoko whether she does not feel anything for Tembo. Tembo wants to know who is responsible for Lizzy's pregnancy.

The arrival of the village girl creates competition for Agnes for Mwila's love. Masuzyo is not happy with his father for not bailing him out and demands an apology.

Thandie and Peggy go to the streets on the pretext of going to overnight prayers. Fridah is uncomfortable with Zelipa delivering beer to her husband.

Tembo locks out the Kopala boys for not paying rent. Zimba hires Phiri as an interpreter at the office.

Malingose stops Mwila from eating food brought by Agnes. Maria and Cynthia scheme against the new interpreter.

Peggy loses a towel from the washing line, Masuzyo becomes a fall guy for the theft. Phiri tells Zimba to promote him so that his nephew Virgo can report to him instead.

Peggy advices Lizzy to start antenatal at an early stage of pregnancy. Lizzy is on the phone with a mysterious man whom she informs that she is carrying twins.

Tembo is angry to find Zimba's wrist-watch in Peggy's house. After being bombarded with big words by the girls, Phiri fakes being sick to avoid work at the office.

Thoko discovers that Lizzy is pregnant by Tembo. Thoko is not happy when Daliso comes to visit at her house.

Tembo accompanies Lizzy to the clinic where the doctor tells her that her pregnancy is high risk. Peggy attempts suicide.

Tembo is pleased to learn that Malingose and Mwila slept in the same room. Masuzyo eats all the quail Zelipa leaves with him to give to his father Phiri.

Lizzy takes Thandie to task when she arrives home from overnight prayers without Malingose.

Lizzy tries again to persuade Tembo to go back to the clinic to sign the pregnancy termination papers.

Tembo pledges Lizzy's house as collateral when he borrows K200 from Zelipa to give Peggy to go for a check up at the clinic.

Agnes is surprised when she sees Fridah coming home from the market without relish and carrying a bunch of anointed hang wires for Phiri's suit blessings instead.

While sleeping the house Fridah finds a strange lunch box and wonders where it's from. Meanwhile at the main house Lizzy catches Tembo trying to steal meat from a pot.

When Muzo and Bwalya see Mwinshyo at Phiri's house, they run to hide in their house. When Fridah takes lunch to Phiri at the office she is surprised to find him sweeping.

Malingose asks Tembo and Lizzy to release her so that she can go back to the village since Mwila does not love her.

Malingose leaves for the village. Maria is shocked when she meets her mother's boyfriend. And all hell breaks loose when Tembo finally finds out who impregnated Lizzy.
