A broken tooth for Sam and a trip to the dentist that requires an excessive amount of nitrous oxide lead to the revelation of a deep, dark secret that shakes the relationship of the entire iCarly cast and crew.
Carly and Sam use Spencer's spaghetti taco recipe in a competition with a TV Chef and defeat him on his show for the first time, sending him into what would seem like an inescapable depression.
