Maggie and Virgil must keep it together after the murder. Ricky washes out on the beach and needs an urgent blood transfusion. The arrested Astonia boys anxiously await their bail hearing.

Gadija wonders if Danny is lying to Lizzie. Aiden struggles to accept that Ricky is his father. Koos has a surprise for aunt Marie, and Virgil wonders if his marriage will survive.

Maggie's relationship with Aiden and Virgil gets increasingly tense after Aiden confronts his mother. The Vermeulen's are in a good place until Johan reveals to Nicola that he knows about her and Eben.

Aiden is attacked. Johan breaks business ties with Duikie and Sara suspects that she knows Duikie. Sanel gets a surprise visit from a childhood friend. Ricky doesn't want to hide any longer.

Maggie is upset when Virgil announces that he wants to go to the police for a admission of guilt for Ricky's murder. Sara is concerned that the two families will meet. Maggie gets a big shock.

Lizzie is determined to take action. Virgil gets the fright of his life when he thinks he saw a ghost. Koos is looking for answers for his predicament, and Anita's rape case begins.

What is happening with Aiden and Inge? Sanel's condition progressively worsens. Sara confirms that Duikie is not who he says he is. Aiden decides to move in with Ricky.

Father wants Lizzie and Sara to patch things up, while Marcel has a surprise for the defense. Johan wonders if he should reveal his true identity or will the secret cost him his marriage?

Nicola is furious after Johan revealed the truth to her. Aiden struggles to understand why Inge broke up with him. Lizzie confronts Danny. Sara tells everyone the whole truth.

Sara's family handles the revelation about Johnny in different ways. Father is challenged to enter a singing competition and all of a sudden Lizzie sees him in a different light.

Lizzie comes up with a clever plan to convince Maggie to attend Johnny's dinner. Ebert makes a decision regarding Sanel's hunger strike when he finds out how much fiscal pain it causes.

Ricky tells Virgil the truth. Johan returns to the farm as Johnny and announces that he intends to change his surname back to Abrahams. Lizzie finds out about Father's true feelings for her.

Johan is surprised when he arrives home, and Nicola has set a romantic table for two. Aunt Marie agrees that Lizzie can get married on the farm, but the wedding has tragic consequences.
