Seven young girls are on a new journey to seek help or risk losing their loved ones. In this episode, we meet the girls and follow their journeys as they enter the boot camp.

In this episode, we meet three ladies who join the house and share their journeys. The girls open up and share their stories, leading to new friendships, while others remain isolated.

The boot camp begins with new rules; the dynamics quickly take shape, and fitness training kicks off. Palesa struggles to control her emotions, so the experts step in.

Tension rises between Ntsako and Sinipha. Zipho reunites the girls to address the challenges of living together and classism. The dynamics in the house become intense.

Luxolo leads the girls through a therapeutic game that allows them to confront traumatic experiences. Emotions run high as the girls are met with tears and deep-seated wounds.

While the girls take some downtime to practice self-love, tension escalates between Sinipha and Melissa, leading to a dramatic confrontation. Will Sinipha choose to stay?

Sinipha mistakenly burns Melissa's dress, pushing the girls to their breaking point. A new Bad Girl arrives and enters the bootcamp, shaking up the house dynamics even further.

Zipho checks in with the girls to see how they get along. A visit from a trauma specialist brings up strong emotions, and when Melissa suddenly feels unwell, the girls uncover unexpected news that shocks them all.

Melissa is back from the hospital, but the girls sit her down for a serious talk about her behaviour. At the same time, Bianca continues body exercises to help the group heal from their past.

The girls take part in a yoga session with card readings to reflect on their journey, followed by an ice bath activity. Zizipho faces an emotional encounter with her past.

The therapists return for a deep session with the girls about their journey and families. Melissa shares an emotional moment with Sinipha, and the group is given homework to write letters to their past.

The girls confront Hlengiwe in a tense meeting that leaves her shaken. Later, a surprise letter stirs mixed emotions among the group.

Around the fire, the girls write final letters to themselves and reflect on their growth. The boot camp ends with dancing, tears, and a celebration of their journey.
