Akua is haunted by regret over past deeds that makes her still childless, until her buried past resurfaces unexpectedly in her marital home, threatening her peace and future.

A good Samaritan intervenes as Akua recalls her childlessness and the ordeals she endured with Kumi, hardening her resolve and pushing her to take sweet revenge.

Akua is consumed by regret after aborting her pregnancy for Kumi and discovering he's with another woman, while elsewhere Ama Dapaah, crushed by hardship, vows to end her life.

Akua finally seizes the moment to exact revenge on Kumi. Meanwhile, a desperate Ama Dapaah seeks help from Mr. Amponsah, who steps in just in time to become her saviour.

Kumi's worst nightmare turns real as he searches for a way back to Canada and he is arrested for drug trafficking on his way to the airport, shattering his escape plan.

Akua pretends to console her sister-in-law after Kumi's arrest, as his family visits him behind bars, where he maintains his innocence and pleads against the accusations.
