Die Byl, Episode 11

When a few homeless boys disappear, the overworked police of Ruiterwacht pays little heed. Then Tiaan Bernardo's darling child, Rose, disappears in broad daylight. Colonel Pieter van der Bijl, aka 'Die Byl' is called to investigate.

Byl and his team are puzzled when they arrive at a gruesome murder scene where the victims are dressed in costumes from the 80s.

Byl is confronted by a murderer who knows more about him than Dr. Fritz Basson. Smiley has a vendetta against Byl and will not stop his killing spree until Byl arrests him.

Four police officers die under strange circumstances in freak accidents. All of them where at the police college with Sergeant Juan Stuurman. Is Juan's life in danger, or is he the killer?

The team must work with a unit who specializes in gang activities. Byl refuses to share his team with Captain Willem Ruiters and cross swords with his commanding officer.

Byl's dark past catches up with him when Etienne Basson, an old colleague and friend arrives at Byl's house with a gun in his hand. The mystery surrounding Byl's wife is slowly unraveling.
