Kabwe proposes to Noni but he is in love with another woman. Muta finds out she is pregnant and it maybe her husbands or her boyfriend's baby.

It dawns on Muta that she might have to fit a baby into her plans, but before she can accept this she needs to know who the father is.

Wiza flirts with Paul while Goodwill continues to be a financial burden.Noni tries to cheer Wiza up but this backfires when her mum offers Goodwill a less respectable job

Muta has to deal with pressure from Alan's arrival as an auditor at her firm and rising pressure to save her marriage. Wiza's life is falling apart.

Muta visits Inonge, and she is ambushed by her mother.Wiza and Paul meet up and he proposes they run a business together.Inonge plans the wedding,with no help from Kabwe.

Noni attempts to get back at Kabwe when she realizes the seriousness of his feelings towards Vanessa. Muta panics when Alan’s audit begins to pick up steam.

Daniel is not enthusiastic about Muta falling pregnant. Alan and Kabwe try to get back in Noni's good graces.

Noni and Alan reconnect and start seeing each other. Mable suspects something is off with her daughter and questions her, Noni confesses to seeing someone.

Wiza lands her first client and has to rear an ugly side of her to keep him happy. The consequences of Muta's betrayal finally bear fruit.

Noni and her father find out that Mable kept a tragic secret with dire consequences. Muta's betrayal catches up with her and Daniel vows to get his revenge.

Wiza and Muta are afraid that Noni will get arrested for killing Alan and persuade her to bury the body.Wiza tells them she knows a deserted farm where they can bury him.

Kasewe is getting worried after Alan’s absence for 3 days. Noni is taking the death of Alan very hard and has taken unconventional coping mechanisms.

Kabwe decides he wants to work things out with Noni, but Noni needs some convincing. Reality sets in for Muta who is on suspension from work.

Noni and Kabwe try to work on their relationship, but it isn’t going too well.Wiza buys Lulu a bike,Goodwill is guilty about not stepping up and decides he’ll work on it.

The Ngenda's(Noni, Mabel, and Alfred) all attempt to tactfully deal with their guilty consciences without facing any ramifications.Goodwill’s bond with Hilda strengthens.

Mable sets up a meeting with a party leader to impress Veronica and buy time. Hilda goes after Goodwill hoping to have her feeling reciprocated.

Muta gets Daniel’s message and meets with him to iron out their issues. Noni finds out from Muta that Alan is not the person he presented himself to be.

James strikes up a friendship with Daniel. Wiza meets a new client who makes her uneasy. Kabwe starts to catch on to Noni’s drinking problem.

Alfred and Mable tried to trick Veronica into believing that they still have influence in their political party. Muta kept her secret from James with some cunning ways.

Paul refuses to take action against their client, Wiza lies to Rhoda that the matter will be sorted out and she will get justice. Muta finds out James has been gambling.

James and Muta patch up their relationship and get rid of the problem Tissa. Noni and Wiza have a heart to heart and Noni urges Wiza to move on with her life.

Muta decides to save herself again and throws Daniel under the bus.Hilda turns against Wiza and convinces Rhoda to go to the police.Noni admits she has a drinking problem
