The White Lotus, Departures

As a new wave of guests arrive at the White Lotus, resort manager Armond tries to assuage an unreasonable Shane and his easy-going new wife Rachel, while spa director Belinda calms a grieving Tanya.

A cautiously optimistic Belinda walks a fine line with Tanya, while Armond brainstorms ways to deal with Shane. After her husband belittles her work, Rachel approaches Nicole for advice.

Stripped of his gadgets, Quinn reluctantly takes a scuba class with Mark, who's struggling to process revelations regarding his late dad. Shane enlists Armond to help plan a romantic evening.

After Shane shoots down her career plans, an unexpected arrival further blindsides Rachel. Just as Belinda begins to take her business proposition seriously, Tanya's attention turns to a hotel guest.

As Armond attempts to do damage control, Belinda tries to redirect Tanya's focus to her business proposal. Paula grows disillusioned with the Mossbachers. Rachel begins to question her future.

In the season finale, Rachel shares harsh truths with Shane and confides in Belinda, who's dealing with bad news. As the Mossbachers turn the page on their scare, Quinn reveals major life plans.
