When will I be billed for my Showmax subscription?

We capture your billing details when you subscribe to Showmax. If you have chosen a recurring monthly payment method, the date you subscribe will be your billing date every month. 
E.g. If you subscribed to Showmax on the 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of every month.
 
The only exception is if you sign up on the 29th, 30th of 31st of the month, and you are being billed in a month that does not have these dates. In this case, you will be billed earlier.
E.g. If you subscribed to Showmax on the 31st of January, you will be billed on the 28th of February 31st March and 30th April.

On your card statement, after 'Showmax',  you'll see a 5-character billing descriptor next to the item you have been charged for. For example: 'Showmax 3BY4F'.

How do I find my billing descriptor?
