How do I get the best video quality when watching Showmax?

<p>Showmax content is available in Full HD (1080p). Our adaptive streaming technology means you should get the best quality available for your connection speed and device automatically, but if things don&#39;t look as good as they should, then try following the below troubleshooting steps.</p>

<h2>Check your network</h2>
<p>Showmax automatically adapts to the speed of your internet connection, to make sure you can keep watching. Content may stream at a lower quality on slow or unstable internet connections.</p>

<h2>Check your devices</h2>
<p>To get the best quality available, all the hardware you&#39;re using has to support it. This means that as well as your device, all accessories (e.g. HDMI cables, connected displays and monitors, and anything else in between) must also be <a href="https://www.showmax.com/help/article/what-are-hdcp-and-drm" title="DRM and HDCP" target="_blank">DRM and HDCP</a> compatible.</p>
