What is the refund request process?

To request a refund on Showmax, you need to:
 
1. Check the <a href="https://www.showmax.com/help/article/criteria-for-getting-a-refund-on-showmax" target="_blank">Criteria for getting a refund on Showmax</a> article to see if you qualify for a refund. 2. <a href="https://www.showmax.com/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank">Contact our Customer Care Team</a> for assistance in requesting the refund.
 
The team will then:
 
1. Assess the refund request. 2. Escalate the refund request for further investigation if needed. 3. Approve the refund request, depending on the results of the investigation.
 
Refunds may reflect in your account between 7-4 working day after approval.
