How do I manage my registered devices?

<h3>To Manage Devices</h3>
<ol><li>Sign in on the Showmax website.</li><li>Select account from the top menu bar.</li><li>Select devices to manage your registered devices.</li></ol>
Showmax General Entertainment Plan:
<ul><li>You may register multiple devices on your Showmax account.  </li><li>You may watch on two registered devices simultaneously; these are referred to as active devices.</li></ul>
Showmax Entertainment Mobile and Showmax Premier League Mobile plans:
<ul><li>You may register one mobile device on your Showmax account. </li><li>You may watch on one registered mobile device.</li></ul>

Find your account

On your card statement, after 'Showmax',  you'll see a 5-character billing descriptor next to the item you have been charged for. For example: 'Showmax 3BY4F'.

How do I find my billing descriptor?

If you think you might have signed up with a different name or payment card, try searching again. Otherwise, get in touch and we can have a look for you.
