DStv Premium Customers
- A Showmax subscription can be included in your DStv monthly subscription at no additional cost to you. Sign up for Showmax and validate your DStv account as a payment method to qualify.
Other DStv Packages
- You can add your Showmax subscription to your DStv monthly subscription at a discounted price for selected packages.
Follow the below steps to add Showmax to your DStv monthly subscription.
- Using your DStv customer details you must sign-in or sign-up on to the MyDStv Self- Service website or app.
- Click My products, then subscriptions and select an active DStv subscription.
- Select the plus sign + on “Add to the subscription”.
- Navigate to the Showmax banner and click add to add Showmax.
- Click on accept to accept the quote that was generated.
- Click continue to Showmax.
- Create a Showmax account or sign in.
- Start watching.
If you are already a Showmax subscriber paying by credit card, your existing payment methods will automatically be paused. If you cancel your DStv account or are suspended by DStv, your old payment methods will apply.
