<h3>You have multiple Showmax subscriptions</h3>
<p>If you signed up for Showmax Entertainment and Showmax Premier League separately, you may be billed on different dates for each subscription. <p>If another member of your household also has a Showmax account and is using the same payment method, you will see this as two separate charges on your bank statement.</p>

<p>You may have other active Showmax accounts. For example, you may have signed up for Showmax using an alternative email address and mobile number to take advantage of an offer. We suggest checking any other email addresses and making sure you have cancelled all subscriptions you&#39;re not using.</p>

<p>You might continue to be charged even after cancelling your Showmax subscription for various reasons:</p>

<p>If you subscribed to Showmax via a local provider, you need to cancel your subscription directly with them, as they control your billing agreement.</p>
