What is the difference between the Monthly and Once-off subscription options?- The Monthly subscription is a recurring payment plan that automatically renews each month until you cancel. It’s ideal if you prefer flexibility and want to manage your subscription on a month-to-month basis.
The Once-off subscription allows you to pay upfront for a fixed period. This option is perfect if you want to avoid monthly deductions or gift a subscription without ongoing commitments. - What is the difference between All Devices and Mobile Only plans?
- All Devices plans: Allow you to watch Showmax on any supported device, including TVs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. You can register multiple devices and stream on up to two devices concurrently. Casting is also permitted (except for Premier League content).
Mobile Only plans: Let you watch Showmax on one registered mobile device (smartphone or tablet) and save some money with their affordable price. You cannot stream on laptops or TVs, and casting is not possible. - How many devices can I stream on with Showmax?
- The number of devices you can stream on simultaneously depends on your Showmax plan:
Entertainment (All Devices): Up to 2 devices at the same time.
Entertainment Mobile, Premier League, Entertainment Mobile + PL: Only 1 device at a time (smartphone or tablet).
Entertainment All Devices+ PL: Up to 2 devices for Entertainment content and 1 device for Premier League content (smartphone or tablet).
