How do I personalise the appearance of Showmax subtitles?

You can enhance your Showmax viewing experience by personalising subtitle settings to suit your needs. Here’s how: 
<ol><li>Go to <a href="https://www.showmax.com/start" target="_blank" title="Showmax.com">Showmax.com</a> and sign in.</li><li>Go to Account via the top-right menu bar.</li><li>Select <a href="https://www.showmax.com/account/settings" title="Settings" target="_blank">Settings</a>.</li><li><span style="background-color: var(--slds-g-color-surface-container-1, var(--lwc-colorbackgroundalt, #fff));color: var(--slds-g-color-neutral-base-10, #181818);font-size: var(--slds-g-font-size-base, 13px);">down the page until you find Subtitle Appearance and select Customize. </li><li>Customize the subtitle appearance by modifying any of the following fields:
<ul><li>Text size</li><li>Font style</li><li>Window or Background fill colour</li><li>Shadow style and colour</li></ul>
</li><li>Save your subtitle preferences by click Save Settings. </li></ol>

On your card statement, after 'Showmax',  you'll see a 5-character billing descriptor next to the item you have been charged for. For example: 'Showmax 3BY4F'.
