If you have recently signed up to Showmax, you will automatically receive marketing communications from us about special offers and upcoming TV series and films. With this, you can stay current on what's on and what is coming to our Showmax library, which is carefully curated with the best content. This way, you'll always be the first to know about our latest releases.
If you no longer wish to receive our marketing emails, you have two options to opt out:
Unsubscribe via link
- Click the unsubscribe link that you can find at the bottom of one of our marketing emails.
- Enter your email address in the pop-up form.
- Click Unsubscribe.
Opt-out Email Notifications in Settings
- Go to Showmax.com and sign in.
- Go to Account via the top-right menu bar.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down the page until you find the Marketing Preferences section.
- Uncheck the box that says Receive Showmax recommendations and marketing communications via email.
We will stop sending you marketing updates, but you will still receive service communications regarding your Showmax account.
