What should I do if I received an email saying my Showmax account information has been updated?

If you&#39;ve received an email stating that your Showmax email, password, or payment method has been updated without your knowledge, please follow these steps: 
 
<ol><li><a href="https://www.showmax.com/help/article/how-do-i-change-my-password" target="_blank">Change the password</a> for your account immediately.</li><li>If you are using multiple devices to watch Showmax, <a href="https://www.showmax.com/help/article/how-do-i-manage-my-registered-devices" title="How to manage my registered devices" target="_blank">sign out of all devices</a> in your Account.</li><li><a href="https://www.showmax.com/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank">Contact us</a> and we will look into it.</li></ol>
 
Good to know: If you are using multiple devices to watch Showmax, make sure to enable the <a href="https://www.showmax.com/help/article/what-is-enhanced-security-on-showmax" target="_blank" title="Enhanced Security">Enhanced Security</a> feature on the website to ensure that you are the only one who can make changes to your Showmax account.
