How do I change my payment method?

To change your payment method for your Showmax subscription:
 
<ol><li>Go to<a href="https://www.showmax.com/start" target="_blank"> Showmax.com</a><a href="https://www.showmax.com" title="showmax.com" target="_blank"> </a>and sign in.</li><li>Go to Account via the top-right menu bar.</li><li>Select <a href="https://www.showmax.com/account/plans" title="Plans &amp; Payments" target="_blank">Plans &amp; Payments</a>.</li><li>Select Update Payment Method.</li><li>Choose a new payment method and follow the steps.</li></ol>

Good to know: It&#39;s not currently possible to remove your credit or debit card information in your Account. You can update your card details or change your payment method at any time using the steps above. On your card statement, after 'Showmax',  you'll see a 5-character billing descriptor next to the item you have been charged for. For example: 'Showmax 3BY4F'.

How do I find my billing descriptor?

If you think you might have signed up with a different name or payment card, try searching again. Otherwise, get in touch and we can have a look for you.
