Yaayaa advises her brother, Sarpong, to marry another wife if his wife can't give him a child.

The landlord gives bails to the tenants of the house as each of the bail differs.

The landlord gives Grace, a poor lady, in the house one week to pay her rent.

Sarpong sees Grace on the street selling apples. He buys from her and takes her number.

The landlord's sister comes to the house, she tells Grace to leave the room if she can't pay her rent.

Owusu, a tenant in the house becomes angry when he sees his wife playing Ludo with Abena Yoghurt.

Sarpong comes to Grace on the street, gives her a gift of GH¿1,000 to settle her rent.

Kwadwo, Grace's boyfriend, comes from his journey after Grace pays the rent to spend days with her.

Yaayaa tells Sarpong that she wants him to marry an innocent lady in her church, not aware that Sarpong already met Grace.
